• Group orders: no backouts‼️ Please find someone to take over your spot within 24 hours or before payment is due or I will block and blacklist you. Be realistic and 100% sure when you order.
• PayPal: Friends & Family only or you must pay for tracked shipping for g&s. Bank transfer or Beemit also available for Aus.
• Please note your item will be considered available until paid for. First paid, first served.
• Once payment is requested please send before I place the order or your items will not be secured (Items will be available for others to claim or not ordered at all.)
• If domestic postage is not paid within 4 weeks after notice, items will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.
• Refunds can only be given to GO joiners when I am refunded by the supplier.
• Not responsible for lost or damaged mail. I will always take photos of packaging but if you are worried about items getting lost, pay for tracked shipping.
• ⚠️ Please note: Photocards from Japanese or Korean resellers (mercari, twitter, etc.) may have some flaws. I will endeavour to find sets in the best possible condition but it is not my fault if any of the items are damaged. For neokyo GOs, please check the item description thoroughly as I am not responsible for damaged or replica goods.
• ⚠️ If any item is damaged when I receive the goods and the seller didn’t let me know, I am not responsible and no refunds will be given.
